Terms of Service

  1. Your (further referred to as "You", "Member", "the Member"; , and / or "Mobster") use of the Service (MobsterBoss.com, MobsterBoss.mobi, or Mobster Boss) will be subject to the terms of this Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). The TOS may change from time to time. Use of the Service after a change will subject you to the new TOS.

    WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. ANY VIOLATION(S) OF THE TERMS CAN LEAD TO LEGAL LIABILITY.


  2. Exclusions of Warranty and Liability

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining what, if any, products are suitable for your purposes.   7. If you are found to be in violation of the TOS, your master account will be frozen/banned. If you are a Supporter, and you violate the TOS, your master account will be frozen/banned as well, and you will not receive your money back for any used or unused credits.

  8. If you sustain losses while using the Service as a result of a multiple account (multi) and/or a cheater, and lose defensive units, operatives, and / or any other resources, the Service will replace your direct losses only, which will be determined by reviewing the offending account's activity with your account within the Service. The responsibility of making any such claims rests upon you. The Service shall not be held liable for claims incinuating that such activity affected the overall outcome of a Member's ranking within the Service.

  9. It is incumbent upon you, the Member, to comply with your own territorial laws when you use the Service. The Service assumes no responsibility or liability for damages to you, should you, the Member, participate illegally. By logging into the Service, you represent to the Service that you are participating legally. Additionally, by accepting/agreeing to the TOS of this Service/site, you as the Member, represent and affirm yourself to be of legal adult age in the country or jurisdiction in which you reside and access the Service from. Also, by accepting/agreeing to the TOS of the Service, you represent and guarantee to the Service, that you are legally allowed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, and/or access the Service from, to participate in the Service, as a Member.

  10. By accepting/agreeing to the TOS of this Service, you, as the Member, acknowledge your awareness that the Service does periodically send out newsletters, notices, and emails with regard to this Service, to all registered members. Should you, as the Member, elect not to receive emails, notices, and/or newsletters from the Service, it is incumbent upon you to notify Mobster Boss of your wish not to receive email, notices, and/or newsletters from the Service.
